Overview - Definity vs. Facilty Index

I need an overview of the two PBXs. I need 2 or 3 strengths and weaknesses of the systems.

Is there a decent website giving a non-technical overview of the two systems.

HI Ben,

Just go to

http://www1.avaya.com/enterprise/who/docs/product1.html

You'll see that the INDeX is for the small/medium enterprises and the Definity for large enterprises.

But I've seen a Definity with 50 ports and an INDeX with 500, so it all depends on your wishes.(and budget!!)
