We have two option 11s(system1 and system2) connected with ITGs. We want to override an extension on system2 from an extension on system1. Is there a way to do this?

please explain more

what do you want to over ride?

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

? if you have the same ext on both sides, change one of them or use a idc table to convert your dn

switch a ext 3000
switch b ext 3000

in switch a pick a vacant dn (xxxx), build a dsc (xxxx)
in switch b add a entry in 49 to translate xxxx to 3000, from switch a dial xxxx, switch b converts xxxx to 3000. you'll need that translation built in both directions for switch b to reach 3000 in switch a

An extesion on system1 is making a call. And i want to tap into that call from an extension on system2. its something related with the privacy. Does ITG support this?

yes with priv rls, or dual line apperances with an analog in the mix.. if we both have ext 3000, and there is an analog ext 3000, i can monitor your calls on that line. auto privacy goes away

My friend warned me that i am looking how to use OBV key over the ITG. Any suggestion?

the odv key should work on any acd group. are you adding acd agents on the itg side?
