hey all

We are having problems setting criteria for some rules eg setting an automatic reply - should I be using a template or a server reply?? there are about 10 choices on that part of the wizard so unsure?? can someone please guide me

That depends on how and what you want to reply to..

Need more specifics on what you want. *Remember.......

ok thanks

the mail comes in the inbox - move manually to a folder because of having to sort through and not specific enough data to move electronically. Once in the new folder we want to send a reply - two choices when choosing new rule - start creating from a template or start blank - we chose to start blank with two choices specific words in body or subject - now here is where we are having problems - there are two choices for reply - specific template or server reply ?? if we choose server reply we get a rules in error - if we choose a template - all looks like it processing but no response

cheers
