Outlook XP Global Address List

This may seem silly, but I can't find how to create a Global address list. We want to keep all our e-mail addresses in one place so that if one person updates a client's e-mail that everyone gets the change. We're not running Microsoft Exchange Server, just Outlook XP. Can anyone help me?
