Outlook XP attachments

I have tried sending a link from Internet Explorer via email and each time Outlook XP states that the link was blocked because it is potentially unsafe. Is there any way to disable this blocking feature in Outlook XP?

I've looked in the Help text but I couldn't find anything in there.
