How to get Outlook to prompt for a password when starting up. I want to make it more secure.

Okay,
This depends on a number of things-Operations system, version of outlook, domain type.
But in general fo to control panel, mail change existing mail profile-more settings, advanced-logon network security-change it to none and it will prompt for a password.
Please reply with full os/office and network type if this doesnt apply to you.

I'm not seeing those options, I'm seeing E-mail accounts, Data files, show profiles.

Click email accounts, change, more settings.....I am assuming u already have the email profile setup.
If not u will have to set up the profile first.

Not seeing logon network security option in the Advance tab.

Start-settings-control panel-mail-Email accounts-View or change existing email accounts-Highlight Microsoft exchange server-change-more settings-advanced-logon network security.
Are you using exchange?
Are u logging onto a domain?
