Outlook to Outlook Express

Does anyone know the best way to Export messages and addresses from MS Outlook and Import them into Outlook Express?

OE should be able to import the messages directly from the .pst file. For the contacts, you'll need to open outlook then export them as a .csv before you can import them into OE.

Thanks...but what if I don't have outlook installed on the machine where outlook express is installed?

Well, hopefully the .pst file will fit on some removable media - like a cdr or zip disk. Then import on the new computer. If you need to search for it, be sure to include system & hidden files in your search.

The exported .csv file will probably be small enough to fit onto a floppy.
