Outlook Signatures

Hello, I am trying to use basic HTML code within an outlook email message to allow the email message I send to link to a website and display an image - in this case a signature. what seems to happen is outlook grabs the image first then send it as an attachment - this is then blocked by our email checking system.

Can anyone help, or come up with a better way to give a global signature to many users ?

I think u can use the option: " Use this file as a templete"
and place a ffile containing the global signatures some where on the network shared folder.
