Some months ago, I send a message to a list of people on my Exchange 5.5 with a service notice - requesting a receipt from them. EVerything worked fine until a user's pc died a wek or so ago and had to be rebuilt. Office was reinstalled on the pc but I now find that the user (whose machine I rebuilt) still sends me annoying read receipts evry minute while her machine is swtiched on and outlook opened. Any ideas on how to stop this? I have temporarily set up a rule to send the messages to the trash - but this is not a fix.
