I have a client who is experiencing a problem with Outlook XP. They have a stand alone Win 2k machine and have set up a local account for a new user. When they configure Outlook on the machine to download that users email it works okay but when they log out of the machine and back in the email profile that has been set up has gone. Outlook then goes in to the new user wizard.
Anyone seen this problem before or have any idea what coul be doing this.
Ive ruled out the obvious like permissioned or not having enough disk space.
