Outlook Personal Folders-Adding Columns

I have many users who have tons of subfolders in their personal folders. One user in particular somehow lost the "From" column in all of her folders message lists. Is there a way to add that column back en masse or do I have to go to each folder and re-add it?

Close Microsoft Outlook.

Go to Start and Run and type outlook.exe /cleanviews
if that doesn't work
try
outlook.exe /cleanview
