Running Windows XP & Office XP. Using Outlook for email. My mail format is set to HTML. When I send myself an email for testing before sending to others, it is converted to Plain Text. I want to see the test email in HTML format. When I do send email to others, it is received in HTML format. Why is my HTML email converted to Plain Text when I send the email to myself? Thanks!

I am not using Exchange Server or a a mail scanner.
Thank you.

Open your address book, right-click the address you are sending to, select properties, select the Name tab and make sure "Send E-mail using plain text only" is not checked.

I do not have a "Name tab" or a "Send E-mail using plain text only" option. But you did cause me to think to delete & re-add myself, which resolved my problem. Thank you!
