Outlook HTML Problem

All of our machines have Outlook 2000 on them and they are all setup for the Rich Text Format. One of our users is unable to receive complete HTML messages. The links and the graphics are not shown. Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem? Thanks.

The problem is not with the receiver - the problem is with the sender. If the sender is one of your Outlook users - in Outlook, Tools, Options, Mail Format tab, check Send Pictures from the Internet.
