Outlook hanging,,,,

Outlook is repeatedly hanging on me.

Both OL5 and OL6 hang when trying to view contents of other folders, or when trying to send and receive.

I have another PC set up with same OS and version of OL and that works fine (even same account details). Its not a connection issue because i can view web pages fine and still get hangs when not connected to the net.

any help appreciated
