I sent a custom form to a distribution list, what users see were a normal Outlook message, what was wrong?
When I sent it out again to individual users, instead to the distribution list, they all see the form okie. I wonder what is going on here.
Just to make sure, email alias of the distribution list was created on an Unix box, but users use Outlook to retrieve mails.
The form was then sent it to a distribution list, and other individual users, all others users who are not on the distribution list see a normal Outlook message as well. When I took email alias of the distribution list out, all users see the custom form.
I think the distribution list is creating the problem, but i don't understand why it affects other users from using the custom form.
How do I debug this problem? This is an urgent issue, please help!
Thanks much!
