we have just migrated to Outlook 2002.
can you set rules on normal folders.
we have different criteria for different mail - none really unique.
so user checks all mail in inbox - drags to appropriate folder then would like an auto response sent when mail hits that folder - so we end up with like 8-10 different folders.
Groupwise was able to do this and cant seem to find a like in Outlook. can someone help please
