Hello,

I am having an issue where when one of my users sends an email, the email is kept in the outbox even though the email is actually sent. So what it does is that it keeps sending it over and over. The funny thing is that i have 50 users all using the same email software and server and only 1 is having this issue. Any ideas what it may be. Now, i do receive emails to that account with no problems. So i know that all the mail server settings are correct. Nothing has been changed in this machine, it was working fine 2 days ago and all of a sudden it started doing this.

Thanks in advance for all your help.

Remove and recreate the mailaccount for starters.

Well what i did was change the account from pop3 to imap and now everything is running fine. Thanks for the reply though..

Well, that is another workaround of course.
Do keep in mind though that IMAP does not store e-mail locally if it were ever required.
