Joan worked for the company.
Joan left the company.
Mary took over Joan's job.
Instead of reconfiguring all the settings on the local PC,
we just changed the name Joan to Mary on the PC and the server...and reset the passwords.
We also changed the Exchange mailbox.
This caused email sent by Mary (the new user) to think it was being sent by Joan.
So...
we deleted Joan's mailbox entirely and created a new one for Mary.
Email sent by Mary winds up in the Outlook Junk Folder.
Even though I CAN find Mary's mailbox in Exchange Manager, she does NOT appear in the Outlook Global Address List, when I go to send mail.
