I have designed a form in outlook with several tabs and VB script to add functionality. I have published the form in a public folder but under some circumstances users still get prompted to 'enable macros', usually when the tabs are filled in.
Can anyone explain why the message occurs when the form is published in my exchange public folders, and what factors could cause how the form is filled in to affect things

Sorry I don't have an answer - but I found your post looking for a solution to the exact same problem!

Lowering the security risk to low did not solve the problem.

Any ideas out there??

Thanks!

If the form is published to the public folder, the users should not be receiving this message, as this would be considered a trusted form.

Are you enabling "send form definition with the item"? This might be related to the problem. This is found on the "Properties" tab in design mode of the form. If this is enabled, try not enabling it and see if this helps. More info on this topic is found at
After the form is published in this folder, is the user launching the form by clicking on the "Actions" menu bar, and selecting the form?
