When I attempt to forward or reply to an email and need to delete a line or something outlook crashes has anyone seen this before.

outlook crash when replying or forwarding

What Outlook are you using?? Express, or 2000 or XP etc..could be something to do with the Format of the mails, what do you receive mails in, ie, Plain Text or HTML, and then what do you send in...??? Jay~
