When I booted up this AM, outlook is acting funny. I lcick on inbox and I get the following message:

Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the specified folder location. The folder no longer exists.

The same is true for other items like sent items, deleted items, etc.

Any ideas what went wrong or how to fix it?

Outlook can't find the PST. Right click on the outlook icon on the desktop and select Properties. Then select Data Files. Look to see where it's pointing. Then check that location for the PST. If it's not there or in a different location, point it at the new location and then delete the old location from the list. Should be good to go....

Go to tools, email accounts.

Select view or edit existing accounts, and then click on new data file. You can also delete the old location once you have the new one set as default.

You will probably have to search for the pst file first (search local hard drives for *.pst)
