Outlook calendar sync

I am using Outlook 2002 on XP Pro.

I have a mailbox that I use for my work email and an outlook today personal folder. Both have the usual inbox, contacts, calendar, outbox etc.

My mailbox folder has all my calendar entries, however I would like to sync these entries to my "outlook today" calendar folder as these will transfer to my PDA as well.

Anyone know how I can sync these calendar folders?

Are you using an exchange server? If so why not set the mail to be delivered to the Exchange mailbox (which I assume is what you are referring to as your Outlook today personal folder) instead of your other personal folder.

If not on Exchange then I am confused by your mail setup and perhaps you can clarify why you have two sets of personal folders with a mailbox setup.

Hello,

I basically use outlook for two mail accounts.
one is an exchange server I use for work (mailbox folder)
the other is a personal pop3 account (outlook today folder)

Both folders have all the standard areas such as inbox, outbox, calendar, contacts, sent items etc.

What I want to do is sync my work calendar with my personal calendar.

I hope I've explained it all correctly....

You can't synch two different calendars from two different mail systems through Outlook in any automated means. You would have to incorporate a third party tool to do so if one exists that performs this function. joegz
