Outlook better than Outlook Express for multiple accounts?

We are having problems with the POP3uidl.DBX file apparently being upset almost daily on one workstation. This unit monitors 4 accounts. A suggestion was made to move from Outlook Express to Outlook because Outlook is 'better' when handling multiple accounts.

Anyone care to comment on that?
