Outlook - Attachments Garbled

When receiving mail in MS Outlook 2000, the attachments end up as part of the message and are completely garbled and unreadable.

This is only happening on one machine. User has PGP installed, and I am wondering if this has anything to do with it.

Haven't tried re-installing yet. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Don't use it myself, but does PGP have an option to turn off encryption? That would clarify if it is the problem.
