Outlook application error

Hi,

I have this problem where Dr Watson error message will be generated while using outlook. The error msg was:

An application error has occurred and an application error log is being generated.
OUTLOOK.exe
Exception:access violation(0xc0000005) Address:0x0395c473

I have tried to reinstall Outlook again, but to no avail. In addition, this was also a problem on the old pc. Is there something else I can try to rectify this error?

It looks like you have an outdated video driver. You could either change
the resolution on your video screen or you could contact the
manufacturer of your video board and get an updated driver. Microsoft
will tell you the same thing. Good luck.

Thanks for the reply, but this is the same build as another user with the same hardware specs, and the other user is not having the same problem. So, I don't think it's an issue with the video driver.

The other option is the memory,
can u run a memory test (memtest is good)
Di u mean that u got the ssame error on the older build of the PC before u rebuilt it?
