I have user at a satellite location whose email freezes for more than a few seconds when she sends email to a particular address. The really weird thing is the address is another user within the network, and only when she replies to an email, not when she sends an initial email. These 2 people send the same email back and forth (they reply back and forth on the same email) to each other quite a few times throughout the day. I haven't had a chance to run out and see what is going on with this, so I'm going on what she has told me. She says that the moment she hits "send" the system freezes for "10-30 seconds". She can move the mouse, but Outlook completely freezes. Has anyone ever seen this before? I was hoping for a fix before I go out there so I can make sure I don't have to make 2 trips....
