We have a customer who needs to print out copies of emails for her boss but the print out does not detail any attachments, if she prints an email she has sent with attachments or has received internally the attachments do not show in any way. If she prints out an email she has been sent externally then an attachments icon prints.

She also has the problem that she has to print out draft emails before sending them and when they print they print the body of the email only, not any of the to, from, subject etc details.

She doesn't have word as her email editor and claims these problems have only appeared since upgrading Office to 2003.

Any help would be gratefully received.

By changing the mail format to rich text from html I can get it to print emails I have sent now but I still cannot get it to print internal emails. It also only prints new ones sent since making the change, any sent prior to that still don't print the attachment

Have got it working, need to tick the option 'Read all standard mail in plain text' in Tools, Options, Preferences, Email Options. By having this ticked you can put the email format back to HTML.
