Outlook 2002 SP-1
If I go in Tools --> Email Accounts --> Next --> Select my Outlook configuration and Select Change, then click Test Account Settings, ALL tests pass, and if I check my account with Outlook Express (which I had to switch to due to this problem), all test messages are getting sent up by Outlook 2002.

When I Click on Send/Receive to check my Pop3 server account with Outlook 2002, I get the following error:

Sending and receiving reported error (0x80004005): The operation failed.

Not really sure how the tests work but the Send/Recieve won't. Any ideas??

Thanks,
Rob

I had seen that. I don't run Norton Antivirus. Is there anything else that would cause similiar behavior other than Norton?

Thanks,
Rob

I ended up fixing this problem by removing my POP3 account, and simply re-added it. Something must have gotten corrupted.
