Outlook 2002 problem

After my isp upgrade to another newer Unix e-mail server, i couldn't connect again, it gives me the error message, now, they fix the problem, i don't get any more error message.

But when i hit the send and receive, it goes thru very quick, i receive no e-mail, no error, don't know why

i tried everything from install the service pack, un-install entire office and reboot and reinstall new office 2002, still the same, any one knows any problem with Outlook 2002

Pull down Tools > Email Accounts > View or Changes existing account. Then select the account and click the Change button. On the next dialog, you will see a button to "Test Account Settings". Click that and it will show you the progess of each step and whether it was successfuk or not. If there are any problems, you will see them and can take action as necessary.

thanks, been there, done that, no error, but it just won't download to my outlook

i am working with my ISP, systems department to see if they have any solutions, IMAP seems to work, POP won't work
