Like I said before, check your permissions on the server.
If you cannot even 'see' the PST file, let alone you will be able to access it.

There is nothing wrong with that, that is not meant offensive.
It just means it is difficult for us to give you steps, we are NOT in front of the PC's you know.
We rely on your feedback and we rely on you following our steps to the letter and then give us results on that. The solution is out there.
