Outlook 2000 will not start mso9.dll

I started my computer today and cannot get into outlook without using the /safe switch.

This is the detail info supplied on the error.

AppName: outlook.exe AppVer: 9.0.0.2416 ModName: mso9.dll
ModVer: 9.0.0.2720 Offset: 00003257

I have used scanpst, disabled all virus protection, tried to restore to a point a week ago - nothing seems to help. Any ideas on this mso9.dll?

Solution - Search for outcmd.dat - make sure you include hidden files in the search. Rename/Delete and restart Outlook 2000. This fixed the issue.
