Outlook 2000 certain recipients getting duplicate msgs

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is actually an outlook problem....
We're a Win2k office. Exchange server 2000, and using Outlook 2000 for email clients. We have a specific user and recipient thing going on. When my user sends him a message, he always gets two copies. This is really wierd and I'm not exactly sure where to begin looking to solve this problem. Any suggestions are appreciated!
