I have created a public folder which I intend to store a calender which shows the location etc of different members of a team.

When I create a meeting within this calender and invite users the acception \ rejection messages come through to me (being the sender!)

Therefore if a user views the meeting in the calendar the message states that "No responses have been received for this meeting".

Is there a way of creating a meeting and sending the messages from the public folder? (the public folder is exchanged enabled and has an email address)

I have tried looking at Team Calenders but this does not seem to what is required either.

Thanks in advance for any help.
