Please can anyone enlighten us as to how we can get an option to have these fields available when sending a new message. Only one person in the office has managed this feat - but they can't ?@*? remember how they did it.

It's really doing our noodles

Thanks

Howdy:

As per the Outlook HELP option !!

You can display the Bcc box in all new messages that you compose. If Word is your e-mail editor, in a new message, click the arrow to the right of the Options button, and then click Bcc. If you are using the Outlook e-mail editor, in a new message, on the View menu, click Bcc Field.

Amazing what you can find and do IF you check in the HELP menu !!

Aha there's the blighters. I'd already tried the help but obviously wasn't asking the right question.

Thanks

I have found that, when using the HELP option, go to index and keep the search to a single word or part of word.. In this case, bcc pointed me to the fix.
