Out of Office problem (outlook) 1

Hi,
I am unable to open my out of office assistant in Outlook 2002 SP2.
I was able to this before and make changes but couldnt do it this morning. The error message is:"The command is not available, see the program documentation about how to use this extension"
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
