The customer has Succession 3 Option 11 using ESA for 911. They are using a 3904 set sitting right next to the 2250 as the On-Site Notification set. It has a single dn, an OSN key, and an override key. They want to be able to conference in (more like barge-in) to the 911 call once the info is displayed on the 3904. The docs say to call the dn (the one that dialed 911), when busy, press the 'ovr' override key, a warning tone and everyone is in. The problem is, like most facilities, is that the sets have a secondary dn they hunt to, are forwarded to or hunt to mail, or are just plain forwarded somewhere. That means, as the docs suggest, that when the receptionist goes to call back the originating dn, instead of getting a busy allowing you to do an override, she gets the secondary dn (and no one placing a 911 call is going to answer a sencond call), mail, or the 'forwarded to' set. I thought of an attendant 'barge-in'as the 2250 is 6 inches away from the 3904, but you need an ACOD and Member # which doesn't get displayed on the 3904. Any ideas on how to make that work?
