Organization chart in Excel

In Office 2000, one of my users gets the followung error message when attempting to use the Organizational Chart feature:

Microsoft Excel can't start the application required to open this object. An error occurred and this feature is no longer functioning properly. Would you like to repair this feature now?

I've selected YES but to no avail. I've done a repair and a reinstall but it still doesn't work.

Anybody have any ideas on this?

With Delete Msoprefs.232 and Msoclip.232 from your Windows directory. These are preference and settings files for Orgchart and will be recreated when you start Organization Chart.
