I have a SV8100. I would like to set the system up that pressing 0 goes to an ACD group. I've created the group, but when I put the ACD Pilot number in the Operator extension box it does not work. Can this be done?

What is 0 assigned for in your number plan?

Right now, it is an actual extension within the system.

I believe that in your application, 0 would need to be assigned as a pilot number of a ring group for ACD functions. Therefore it must be removed as an operating extension.
