One-X SIP error 606

I am trying to get a One-X SIP client to work, what I am getting is a 606 error when registering. I know what it says just not sure what to look for.
606 Not Acceptable
The user's agent was contacted successfully but some aspects of the session description such as the requested media, bandwidth, or addressing style were not acceptable

Looks obvious to me.
 
It has a power user license and the remote worker and the One-X options are on.
 
Try turning off the secure connection.
This uses TLS and maybe TLS is not configured.

Are you using the name or Phone number to login? You must use the name.

Remote on LAN 2 is on
Yes valid licenses
No not on LAN side as the customer did not want to have it work internal because he did not want to program the DNS for this.
 
That maybe the issue though, in the past Avaya advised to have client software to connect through LAN 1 due to restrictions on LAN2, maybe it still applies.
 
You must setup up a dns for it otherwise you wont get it to work.
