One-X Repurposing Tool issue

Hi

I'm trying to convert a one-x phone using the Avaya tool, However I am getting the following error, which I can't find a trace of online

Conversion Failed

MD5 Read Error

I can see the files transferring in the TFTP server, however it gets to a certain part in the transfer and TFTP server reports "Packet from unexpected source"

I have turned wireless, firewall off and closed all apps so can't see what would be interupting it.

I am using an IP412 as DHCP server, connected to switch with the phone and my laptop connected. Should work shouldnt it?

Scrap that. Changed the ip412 for 406 and used the switch ports on that, leaving the switch out, and worked first time
