I have a system ( 6.1) with oneX portal installed. when we install call assistant ( configure:install one X Call Assistant)
the system works, however if you shut down the PC it will not stop the proccess and keeps the PC from shutting down.
I thought it was some software the customer was using so I went back to my office and it does the exact same thing.
anyone seen this or have a work around ( short of killing the proccess or manually killing the program everytime)

if you right click on the icon and exit it, it will then allow you to shutdown
if you dont open call assistant ( but it is running in the task bar) it will allow you to shut down
as soon as you look at it once, you have to kill it in order to shutdown.
