One-x Portal and IP500 not synching 2

Evening everyone, having a bit of a problem with One-x not syncing users from the ip 500 unit. Its been in and working for months but now if a new user is added or name changed it wont take the changes?? If you look at the health then the DSML provider failed at "Global resynchronization failed for IP Office 192.168.1.200"
Ive removed the ip office from the config, restarted the one-x portal, re-added it in and restarted and its still failed at the same point, Ive also rebooted the IPO and the server. Not sure what to do next??

Any ideas?
 
Ive dug through the logs on the server and heres the offending errors..

Not really,

I suggest to do a reinstall.
This is done within 30 minutes and it is up and running again.

Good point, I'll give it a shot.. am I going to lose any user configuration?
 
It will pull all information (users) from the IPO.
You need to setup the connection again so write that down if you do not know that part.

you can re-sync the users fromt he switch from the admin console - no need to reinstall....

its in the admin docs
 
Yes you can but i think that is not the problem.
It can be quicker to reinstall then to search where it goes wrong.

It fails when I resync the users from the one-x portal admin console this is the problem, are you saying I can do it from the IP500 end?
 
I still go for a reinstall.
It would have been running fine already.
If the services run within 10 minutes after a reboot then the reinstall takes max 30 minutes.

I realised while looking into this that I could have lol.. so no.
 
Thought Id update this,this exact issue is fixed in the latest version of One-X Portal.
