We have One X Mobile preferred installed on a few android cell phones using the corporate wifi. The staff is saying that it appears that the app is timing out when they don't use it after a while. They did not keep track of the time.
I have tried waiting 30 minutes, making the phone go to sleep, different cell phones.
Is there one of those hidden avaya settings that need to be adjusted ? Or does anyone else have any other ideas to check ?
