One way transmission over VPN phones?

We are running 4621sw's over VPN connected to CM 3.1.2 switch. The phoes register fine, and utilise local Clan resource, however occasionally, they experience one way transmission, we think when non-local Medpro resource is utilised for the call. Site is a cluster of 4 pairs of S8720's over MPLS. Can we pin it down to local medpro resource somehow?

Sorted, British Telecom did not have the route for the VPN phones in their system, so the packets were getting lost in their network on their way back from the Medpro. They are adding the route in.
