One Touch Button Redux, Voice Mail Access and Message Waiting

I have a couple of CCR trees for different company's on the same system. The trees end up with the caller leaving a message in the mailbox for each company. Is there a way to program a button to access VM, enter the mailbox and enter the password? The desire is to have that button on a number of stations.

If I program a button to VM access (F981), it doesn't wait for me to add the extra digits on the end for the mailbox and password.

Second request, is there a way to have a message waiting indication on mulitple sets for one mailbox?

Newer software will allow users access to their mailboxes without a password. Just set auto logon to Yes. Of course anybody can listen to their vmail then.

Remote notification can be configured to call an extension upon receipt of a message and it can also be set up to call a list of external phone numbers but I don't think it's going to show anything in the display if you don't answer.

If I'm not mistaken, newer software also allows users to share mailboxes now so you'd think they'd have some way of sending a message indication to each set.

Never even tried it myself.

Anybody ever set up multiple users on one mailbox?
