We're replacing our poor old Legend 2.5 soon and I was asked to find out about saving the existing voicemail messages in the system for future reference. (IT guy stumbling through PBX stuff here.) I found in the software where I can backup the info, cfg, personal greetings etc. and include the messages themselves. I haven't actually run the backup yet because it's estimating close to an hour to run and of course no messages can be left during that time.
I'm sure I'll have my answer once I'm able to run the backup, but for my own sanity, once that's done how will I be able to get/listen to the individual messages. How are they stored? wav, mp3, etc. (I know...not likely mp3...just an exmaple)
Thanks.
