I thought I saw a post similar to this a few weeks ago, but I can't find it so I might have been hallucinating. I support our customized version of ServiceCenter v5.0.3.7.0001. We are seeing a few people who get a weird screen:
Their SC screen shows the SC icon multiple times in the upper left corner, and in the upper right corner they have the closing/max/min option bar several times as well. We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. We aren't sure if that is a perm fix or if there is something specific that triggers this to occur. Has anyone else had this experience? I am not one of the programmers, but my job is to research and gather as much information about the issue before escalating to them, trying to rule out the hardware, software conflicts and so on. We didn't think much of it the first time we saw it, but a different user had it happen to them today.
