Receiving Assets in AssetCenter via Connect-It

I have a Request in AssetCenter with one request line of 1000 assets. Now, I have a text file with 1000 assets, as a result of the receipt, which was done already in realty.

My goal is now to import the text file with the 1000 assets via Connect-It, and to trigger the receiving funcionality in AssetCenter.

How can I do a receipt? Can I use this function: AmReceivePOLine?

And if so, where can I use it? Only in AssetCenter, or in Connect-It as well? I should have 2 possibilities. One with Connect-It, if AmReceivePOLine works within the scenarios, and the other with AssetCenter, maybe with a wizard/workflow after importing the asset data.
