sure, just call the provider and buy another block of numbers, be sure that you block number in your range that you may need in the future. thier is no programing in the switch unless your using ld 49, to translate did's..ld 49 prt idc return.. if in use you'll see the digits you recieve and their translated values.. not very common for 3 digit dn's
The problem is that i have 2 sites and i share the DID, so in the site 1 i have did 140 to 180 and for the site 2 i have 190 to 240, So i need to set up 140 to 200 for site 1 and 201 to 240 for site 2. Do you have any idea about how i can do it?
sure, not a problem. are all did's coming into one switch, then routed across tie's? i guess your in an opt 11. if your not sure go to ld 60 do a stat..that's all your t's.. if you have a tie route, go to 80 and do a trad l u on the tie route, if you need to dial 9 then dial the did in the remote and trad the tie trunks...
Thanks, Its working in my site 1, Now the problem is that only works in the site 1. if i want to call from site 2 to the new extension in the site 1 doesn't work, Appears like doesn't exist. Do you know what i need to do?
