Not able to dial FAC??

Hello,
Is there a reason one person (that is in same COR as another) would not be able to dial feature access code to get to an abbreviated dial list? The stations also seem to be the same. Could it be the actual phone?

I would check the station forms and make sure they are programmed. They will be on the 3rd page of the station form.

following on from Mike look for the following fields on page 3

ABBREVIATED DIALING
List1: List2: List3:

ensure they have the relevant list programmed (enhanced, group, personal or system)
